We process orders 06 hours after receiving them so your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within this time.
After that time, orders are locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
If you need to modify anything or cancel your order, please send us an email to email@example.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, or you can reply to our order confirmation email that our system sent you. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Please be noted that your modified order is processed after all information has been confirmed with you. The production and shipping estimated time are counted from that day when your order is finally confirmed, not from the day it was originally placed.
If you want to modify or cancel your order after the time 06 hours after ordering, you still can contact us for assistance, but if your order has already been processed (usually maximum 24 hours after ordering), we cannot support you.
